Toolkit:
User Interview, User Testing, Figma (Wireframe, Prototyping)
Brief:
Drawing upon our common experience and frustrations of living roommates, my team and I created an app to organize roommate organization and communication. Our primary target users are college students and young professionals living with other individuals. As a part of our user research, we interviewed and surveyed over 60 college students and designed an app that targets their needs and concerns. By employing design thinking techniques such as Guerrilla Competitive Analysis, Super Fan User Research, Personas and Scenarios, Visual Value Proposition, and Usability Testing we were able to create a fully prototyped app on Figma and received positive responses from our users, with an average usability score of 4.83/5.
